Who is Bumps and Bashes?

Hello, My name is Kate Aidley. I am a fully qualified HSE approved instructor/assessor, but more importantly, I'm a proud mother of two small childrem, Ethan & Lydia. Who mean the world to me.

First Aid didn't really mean much to me untill I had my own children. I remember with an old employer, I trained every year on first aid for adults, for the public and my work colleagues. After having my own children, I suddenly realised they are my responsibilitity and the only first aid I knew, was how to put a plaster on them and no paediatric first aid for my babies.

I didn't want to become a mini paramedic, just find a class relavant to me, a Mum. Time and childcare was a big issue. Now fully qualified to deliver First Aid classes, I'm passionate about the Bumps & Bashes classes I offer for parents.
